Gimpo International (ICAO: RKSS, IATA: GMP) is the airport of Seoul, the capital of South Korea. It has two runways (14L / 32R and 14R / 32L) and is closer to the city center than the newer Incheon Airport.
Update 2023 includes the new observation deck (National Terminal), Parking Garage (International Terminal), the new National Aviation Museum of Korea, Embraer Lineage 1000 (Air Hamburg D-ANNI), which was rent by Blackpink during their world tour Born Pink, Helicopters (Police and Korea Forest) as static objects and many new models and textures. PBR textures also improved. With a configurator objects and animations can be disabled.
Many K-pop stars, like Girls Generation or T-Ara, departure from Gimpo when they start their tours in Asia. That's why this airport in Asia is well known.
International flights to and from Gimpo are operated by Asiana Airlines, Korean Air, All Nippon Airways, Japan Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Korea Express Air, Shanghai Airlines and Jeju Air. Nationally, Eastar Jet, Air Busan and Jin Air fly to Gimpo.
Windsocks are animated in P3D and FSX. They showing wind direction and strength. A docking guidance system is not included, but a file for GSX users with presets included. All jetways are animated with SODE. Likewise, the approach lights, which are automatically activated in rain, snow and poor visibility.
Radar antennas, runway guarding lights and occasional ground vehicles are animated too.
