Absolutely fantastic scenery. The value is really incredible if you compare it to others. The quality is one of the highest and the price one of the lowest. Includes a huge area with full autogen and the airport itself looks great as well.
The airport is not bad and for the price it would be a good deal. But unfortunately the surrounding photoscenery ruins it all. It's not even possible to just deactivate it as some kind of strange technique seems to be used. I hope that can be fixed someday.
Very nice scenery and definitely worth the money. Very good modelling and texturing. Photoscenery looks good also but I would have wished for some autogen showing up. It is not that much, so it could have been done. Another thing are the moving jetways, which are not there. For these two things I deducted one star. Other than that... really great. Exciting destination.
Reall well done airfield with a ton of detail. The transitions (openLC) are so good, that I couldn't even see them. It is a little bit south of Russia, so you can make a sight seeing tour there or head to other adventures in Russia / Eastern Europe. Recommend it strongly.
It is a really great scenery, I can confirm everything, the other reviewers wrote. One thing though: From a V2 I would have expected working jetways. As he uses already SODE for other purposes, it should have been possible. Everything else is great.
Very long awaited scenery and it really could hold up to my high expectations. The name is a little misleading here because you are not only getting Baku, you get a whole country to discover. The modelling and the texturing are outstanding and as always in Drzewieckis sceneries, there are a lot of details to discover. Performancewise it is doing a lot better than expected and a lot better than other DD sceneries on my system. No problems here at all. Great! There have been a lot of discussions recently about jetways and here we can see why. That is exactly how it is supposed to work in a scenery from 2016. The SODE Jetways are really a step forward and a lot better, than they were for example in EETN. The lite airports are nicely made, of course not as detailed as Baku itself. But well enough to hop over there for a quick visit. The photoreal, which covers the entire country looks nice, as long as you are on a certain flight level or on approach. I would not recommend it for VFR flying. But you can turn it off, if you wish to do so. One little minus point is the autogen, which could be a lot more dense. On approach it looks quite sparse, although you can see on the photoreal, that there should be many houses. Overall it is a great scenery and well worth the money. My dream would be the exact same project for Georgia!
